🏆 Our First Tournament: MKKC Debuts at the KKFE National Championship 2025

Date: 29th June 2025

Location: London, UK

This past weekend marked a huge milestone for Manchester Kho Kho Club - we officially stepped onto the national stage at the KKFE National Championship 2025.

For many of our players, this wasn’t just Manchester’s debut - it was their personal debut in the National Championship. Facing off against some of the top clubs in the UK, our squad showed heart, hustle, and the kind of energy that defines Kho Kho’s spirit.

💬 What This Meant to UK

Founded just this year, MKKC is still in its early stages - training in community halls, teaching newcomers the basics, and building from the ground up. Sunday was our chance to see what we’re made of, and the result was something bigger than scores or stats:

✅ We ran hard

✅ We chased fearlessly

✅ We played with pride

And above all, we represented the Manchester community with unity and ambition.

🙌 A Day of Firsts

  • 🟡 First KKFE experience for most of our players

  • 🔵 First tournament ever as an official club

  • First time wearing our MKKC kit (designed by @sb.garmentwala!)

  • 🟣 First step toward our competitive future

Despite being new to the competition scene, we held our own, learned fast, and left with even more determination to keep growing.
